ViewSonic PJD6253, PJD6223 and PJD6553w DLP Projectors

ViewSonic announced the PJD6 series DLP projectors, including PJD6253, PJD6223 and PJD6553w, all are designed specially for both classrooms and corporate environments. These projectors are Crestron and AMX certified and are equipped with Crestron RoomView network management software that enables centralized control for up to 250 projectors.

3M MP225A Mobile Projector for iOS Devices

3M launches a new mobile projector, the MP225 intended for use with iOS devices, including iPhone, iPod and iPad. The projector comes with the 3M Video Cable with dock connector that is designed for connecting iOS devices, bring media content from portable device to a bigger screen. It works with other video sources, such as notebook, DVD player, using additional 3M VGA cable.

IN5312 and IN5314 Projectors Launched by InFocus

InFocus has announced the addition of a couple new projectors to the IN5300 line up. The new projectors include the IN5312 and the IN5314. The projectors look the same and are designed to support large venues. The projectors offer lens options like short, normal, and long throw lenses and feature horizontal and vertical lens shift. Both models support 720p resolution.

NEC Announced its New NP-L50W Lightweight LED Digital Projector

NEC announced a brand new addition to the NEC projector line, NEC NP-L50W Lightweight LED Projector. NEC announced the new NP-PH1000U digital projector for professional integration projects. The professional installation projector is based on 3-chip DLP system and is able to operate 24/7. Panasonic PT-AR100U Full HD Home Theater Projector

Panasonic just announced a second new home theater projector to be launched at CEDIA - this one the PT-AR100U, a 1080p projector that is especially bright, and therefore should be great in the family room, and for sports with friends.

While it seems that many new announcements at CEDIA this week will be for 2D and 3D capable projectors, the PT-AR100U, is "just" a good, old-fashioned 2D projector. Epson announced the VS410 and VS350W high-brightness, low-cost projectors for small businesses. Both of them are equipped with E-TORL lamp technology which enables the lamp life to last up to 4,000 hours in economy mode and built-in 5W speakers.

Epson PowerLite 1880 and 1850W Affordable Projectors for Corporate and Higher Education

Epson announced two new affordable projectors, the PowerLite 1880 and PowerLite 1850W, for corporate and higher education. The former has XGA resolution and 4000 lumens brightness while the latter delivers WXGA widescreen resolution and 3700 lumens. Both of them offer 1.6x optical zoom allowing for larger images from shorter throw distances and eliminates dead spaces.

BenQ’s New SH910 and SH960 DLP projectors

BenQ has recently extended its DLP projector lineup with two new additions, offering Full HD 1080p image quality and ultra-high brightness.

Acer releases C110 and C112 pico projectors

Acer is now preparing the release of a two new ultra portable projectors which will allow you to share your pictures, videos and presentations on the go.

The new C110 and C112 pico projectors are USB powered and offer WVGA (854 x 480) resolution. The C110 measures just 110x 85x 25mm and weighs a mere of 175 grams. It combines the DLP technology with LED lamp technology, offers contrast ratio of 1000:1 and can project images varying from 30cm (12″) to 254cm (100″). It also incorporates Acer’s SmartFormat technology that supports a wide range of PC formats and Quick Start feature which enables the projector to starts working within 5 seconds after the USB cable is connected to your laptop. It will be available at the end of the month for £199.

Sanyo PLC-WU3800 Compact Projector with 3800 Lumens

After the PLC-HP7000L, Sanyo also announced the PLC-WU3800 Wide XGA projector with the highest brightness in its class with 3,800 lumens. The projector has 1280 x 800 WXGA Ture, a 16:10 aspect ratio and 3800 lumens brightness with 275-watt bulb. Effective, even in well-lit offices, meeting rooms and classrooms, the PLC WU3800 easy setup, even for the first time, with an “Auto Setup”.

Sanyo launches PLC-HP7000L Full HD Projector

Sanyo launches the new PLC-HP7000L Full HD projector in US market. Powered by Sanyo QuaDrive motor reaches the new projector has a brightness of 7000 lumens with only a single high-watt bulb. It features 1920 × 1080 resolution and 10-bit video processing.

ViewSonic Pro9500 3LCD Projector with 5000 ANSI lumens

ViewSonic presents the new new Pro9500 3LCD projector, its for lecture halls, auditoriums, boardrooms and classrooms. The new Pro 9500 projector has a resolution of 1024 x 768 XGA resolution with 5000 ANSI Lumens brightness and 3500:1 contrast ratio. Beside with the Pro9500, ViewSonic also launches the new PJL6243 and PJL6233 LCD projectors for education market. Based on 3LCD display technology, PJL6243 and PJL6233 both offer 1024 x 768 resolution and 3000 ANSI lumens and 2600 ANSI lumens, respectively. These include the 3LCD technology for accurate colors, true colors and lifelike images and deliver a 1.2 optical zoom lens and a built-in 1W speakers equipped.
