Epson PowerLite 1880 and 1850W Affordable Projectors for Corporate and Higher Education

Epson announced two new affordable projectors, the PowerLite 1880 and PowerLite 1850W, for corporate and higher education. The former has XGA resolution and 4000 lumens brightness while the latter delivers WXGA widescreen resolution and 3700 lumens. Both of them offer 1.6x optical zoom allowing for larger images from shorter throw distances and eliminates dead spaces.

The PowerLite 1880 and 1850W are based on Epson’s 3-chip 3LCD display technology and include the company’s exclusive E-TORL lamp technology offering a lamp life up to 4,000 hours. They support USB Plug n Play that allows users instantly project images, transmits audio and control the presentation from either a Windows PC or Mac via a single USB connection. You can also easily show images from USB storage devices easily without the need of a computer.

The PowerLite 1880 and 1850W come equipped with flexible setup features such as Easy-Slide technology, an intuitive horizontal keystone adjustment slider, as well as advanced connectivity options, including HDMI digital connection and Ethernet LAN port. The prices are $1399 for PowerLite 1880 and $1299 for PowerLite 1850W.
