NEC launched the NP-V260 and NP-V260X multimedia projector. Based on DLP display technology, the new projectors are ideal for meeting rooms, classrooms or small. They offer a lamp life to 5,000 hours and includes 3D capabilities.
The V260 features SVGA 800×600, while the V260X offers XGA resolution of 1024×768. Both have more than 2600 lumens brightness, 2000:1 contrast ratio to deliver BrilliantColor technology with advanced video processing for lifelike color, subtitles, and built-in wall color correction presets. They also include Crestron room overlooking a joint management.
The NP-V260 and NP-V260X features dual VGA, HDMI, and RCA and S-Video inputs. There are also built-in 7W speakers, RJ45 Ethernet LAN port and RS-232 control port. It will be released in June for $439 and $548, respectively.
